United had Vidic out for almost the entire season last year yet still came within minutes of winning the title. Suck it up, Mancini, you got lucky last season.

Very strange comment. You'd think they should have got another midfielder as without Yaya they look very average, or a forward as Tevez can't do it all on his own with Aguero injured, not to mention the fact that they have the best defensive record in the league!

Yea lescott was great last year so why not use him this year?? And why always use a 19 year old instead and then toure also? Its obvious hes not playing to win things this season

He has Toure and Lescott, both of who are excellent CBs so there is no lack of depth. Unfortunately for Lescott and Toure they have Mancini who is a terrible coach.

I think Mancini should mention how many great players he needs on his bench so he can compete with SAF who has much fewer options off his bench and less strength in depth, but is just a great coach who can coax great performances from decent players and is willing to give young players a chance.

Lol. One injury and he's crying about needing another player. Kompanys been out or Over a month. Vidic was out for over a year. When you play with a defensive line of carrick, fletcher and Ritchie de laet (and thats it!)then you're allowed to cry.

t the start of the season, after the RVP transfer, I confidently claimed that Arsenal would finish above United. I now regret it immensely.

aniel Storey generally did very well, going against the City won it last year so they're bound to win it this time grain. As for John Nicholson, I wouldn't trust him to predict correctly what day of the week it will be tomorrow.
