The Magpies have become embroiled in a relegation battle with just four points from their last matches.
A 3-0 reverse to bitter rivals Sunderland and a 6-0 mauling by Liverpool means the team are under growing pressure to get results, starting against West Ham on Saturday.
"We are together and we'll continue to stick together," Taylor said. "This week is one of the most important for a long time.
"We go to West Ham and we're going looking for a win. The gaffer has touched on it. With three games to go we know we need at least three points."
Taylor is confident Newcastle can finish the season on a high, and the 27-year-old insists he does not fear relegation to the Championship for the second time in four years.
"We have got the quality here. We have everything we need," Taylor added. "And we are in a stronger situation than we were four years ago.
"I've said it before, we are good enough. We just need a break."
