Matt Briggs' Numbers Game betting blog had readers firmly in profit last season and is returning for this campaign as a live chat between 2-3pm every Friday.

The discerning gamblers among you are well advised to keep a close eye on Matt's tips each week, but we also know there are plenty of you that enjoy a more speculative punt on a multiple-team accumulator.

We've all suffered at the hands of a 'dead cert' costing us a fortune with a shock slip up at home to the league's no-hopers, and this season the TEAMtalk writers are going to suffer their humiliation publicly by revealing our long-odds accumulators.

The hope, of course, is that we can beat the bookies for once and turn a profit - and our friends at Sky Bet are providing price boosts on all of our tips, exclusively to TEAMtalk readers, to ensure you get the very best price on our selections.

This week's selections

Three of our five writers have plumped for Norwich to beat Everton at Carrow Road, while two believe newly-promoted Cardiff can claim something from their trip to West Ham.

Southampton to win at West Brom is also included in two of our tipsters' selections, as is Manchester United to overcome a tricky trip to Swansea, and Sunderland to beat Fulham at the Stadium of Light.

Remember, the prices on all of these accumulators have been boosted exclusively for TEAMtalk readers - and new Sky Bet customers can even claim a completely free £10 bet.

James Marshment: Sunderland, Manchester United and Tottenham all to win (7/1)

Mark Holmes: Norwich, West Ham and Sunderland all to win (14/1)

Ian Watson: Liverpool and Cardiff to win; Swansea to draw (20/1)

Pete Hall: Norwich, Manchester United and Southampton all to win (20/1)

Head to Sky Bet to bet on our selections, and use the story comment facility below to let us know where your money is going this weekend.

I

may well get slated by other United fans for this, but out of the three contenders, I'd far prefer Liverpool to win the title. Yes some elements of their fanbase can be a bit OTT, yes they're our biggest rivals and yes it will make our poor season feel even more like the end of an era (Fergie's gone, Liverpool are back on top). However I just have to applaud Brendan Rodgers and the way he's turned Liverpool around in just a couple of seasons. It...

H

ooray! We are all excited now, we beat a very mediocre team! With all due respect to WHU supporters, not winning that game shouldn't even be a consideration. This is the problem, there is no winning mentality at the Emirates - we're all congratulating ourselves beating a team that we have a winning record against.

I

s this meant to be an aspiration for United supporters? Moyes mediocrity strikes again. I see the Bayern boys don't want to sign for him, and his reputation amongst the senior European coaches make other key signings unlikely.

'Tactically Inept And Lacking In Belief And Style'

It's fair to say that the 'Moyes Out' brigade is understandably out in force, whilst there are also staunch defences of Mourinho and Arteta. Plus, Liverpool fans can almost taste it.

That's Why We Didn't Want Jose At United

There is plenty of reaction to Mourinho's antics (Isn't that exactly what he wanted?) plus thoughts on Connor Wickham, Fabio Borini, beach balls and Tim Sherwood...
