On Thursdays between 7pm and 8pm on Sky Sports News Radio is the Football League Hour, when the big names from the Championship, League One and League Two discuss the big issues below the Premier League.

On this week's show, Palace winger Bolasie talks about life under 'legend' Ian Holloway.

Brentford keeper Richard Lee is happy to discuss the goings on at the top end of League One and regular guest Steven Caldwell is also on a high with Birmingham unbeaten in their last four Championship games.

Plymouth's Guy Branston also has his say and regular studio pundit Dean Windass is given a Valentine's Day surprise.
