It has been a season to forget for those at Molineux, with relegation from the Premier League followed by a Championship survival scrap.

Things have improved marginally of late, with three wins in four carrying the club out of the bottom three.

Saunders says morale in his camp has improved and he believes he has enough talent at his disposal to counter the loss of six key men to season-ending knocks.

He told Sky Sports: "I've enjoyed the last three weeks - we have started winning games.

"When you aren't getting the results, it's agony. You just have to keep working away, keep believing. I have got to keep believing in what I'm doing and what I'm saying to the players is right. They have got to keep believing what I'm telling them is right and keep believing that they are good players.

"That's been the difference in recent weeks. We have been winning games and the belief comes back. We have got a lot of players playing well.

"We have had some freak injuries, which haven't helped, but I think we have got a squad good enough to cope."

hould have stayed because we carried him for 6.5 years. And then he has a breakthrough season, and was gone soon after. MU fans, you would be as disgusted had C Ronaldo left in 2007 and not 2009.

ood grief. Someone guessed that the form English player at the moment might be in his national side with some other players? And that's espionage? Now if they discovered that Emile Heskey was going to be in the starting line up.... at right back.... THAT would be espionage. Give it a rest Roy.
