Romelu Lukaku has now scored four goals in three games for Everton. He has scored 21 in 38 Premier League games for West Brom and Everton, but none in 10 for Chelsea.

Manchester City have now scored in 54 successive Premier League home games.

Alvaro Negredo has scored three and assisted two in seven league appearances for Manchester City (four starts).

Negredo's equaliser came just one minute, 34 seconds after Romelu Lukaku's opener.

That gap was the shortest gap between two goals in a single game this term.

Manchester City have won 28 and drawn two of the 30 Premier League games in which Sergio Aguero has scored.

Of the last 50 games Man City have been leading at HT at the Etihad, the Citizens have won 47 and drawn three.

Tim Howard scored his first Premier League own goal; he has now scored one PL goal and one PL own goal.

Everton's defeat means every Premier League side has lost a game this term; this equals the PL record for the shortest number of games taken for every side to lose at least once (2009/10, the seventh game also saw the final unbeaten sides defeated).

The Toffees have still not won four successive games in the Premier League since March 2008.

There were nine yellow cards shown in this game; the joint-most in a PL game this term (with Arsenal v Aston Villa).

Cardiff City 1 Newcastle United 2

Newcastle United's last 12 goals have all been scored by French players.

Loïc Remy has now been involved in six goals in five Premier League appearances for Newcastle.

Peter Odemwingie has scored four goals in five PL appearances against Newcastle; only against Wolves (five) has he netted more.

Newcastle United have won their last seven successive meetings with Cardiff City in all competitions.

Cardiff City have lost just four of their 27 home games in league competition since the start of 2012-13 (W16, D7).

Papiss Demba Cisse has now gone 13 successive Premier League appearances without a goal for Newcastle.

Fulham 1 Stoke City 0

Darren Bent marked his 250th Premier League appearance with a goal; his 105th in the top-flight.

Since 2008/09, only three players (Van Persie, Rooney and Lampard) have scored more goals than Bent (67).

Stoke have earned just seven points from seven games; their worst total at this stage since their first ever Premier League campaign (four in 2008/09).

Fulham have won five of their six Premier League home games against Stoke, including the last four in a row at Craven Cottage.

Stoke City have netted only eight goals in their 11 Premier League games against Fulham.

The Whites have conceded a goal in 17 of their last 19 Premier League home matches, but both clean sheets have come against Stoke.

Stoke have scored just four Premier League goals all season; no side has netted fewer.

Hull City 0 Aston Villa 0

Aston Villa have kept only two clean sheets in their last 29 league games, but they have come in their last two away games.

There have been just four goals scored in the four Premier League games at KC Stadium this season, three of which have been scored by Hull.

Hull missed the chance to win back-to-back home matches in the Premier League for the first time in their history.

The Tigers have conceded only one goal in their last five top-flight home games.

Villa have won five and lost only two of their last nine away games in the Premier League (D2).

Aston Villa have still not won three successive Premier League matches since April 2010.

Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge have now started nine Premier League games together and have scored 12 goals between them (Suarez seven, Sturridge five).

Luis Suarez has scored or assisted 19 goals in his last 19 Premier League appearances.

Daniel Sturridge has either scored or assisted 16 goals in his last 12 Barclays Premier League appearances for Liverpool.

Steven Gerrard scored his 99th Premier League goal.

The Liverpool captain's last four Premier League goals have all been penalties. He hasn't scored from open play since February.

Gerrard has now scored in 15 consecutive league season for Liverpool, a run that stretches all the way back to 1999/00.

Gerrard is the seventh PL player to score in 15 (or more) different seasons (Giggs, Scholes, Heskey, Speed, Lampard, Kevin Davies).

This was only the seventh time that Crystal Palace were 3+ goals down at half-time in the Premier League; three of those came against Liverpool.

Dwight Gayle's goal ended a run of 346 minutes without a goal in the Premier League for Crystal Palace.

In second-halves this season, Liverpool have drawn four and lost three PL games, scoring just once and conceding four.

Sunderland 1 Manchester United 2

Manchester United have gone seven Premier League away games without a clean sheet.

Sunderland are the sixth team to fail to win any of their opening seven Premier League games. Only two of the previous five survived the drop.

United's total of 10 points is the lowest by a defending champion in the Premier League since Arsenal in 1998-99.

Adnan Januzaj is only the second Man Utd player to score twice on his first PL start for the club (after Ruud van Nistelrooy).

Michael Laudrup's side failed to find the net for only the second time this campaign, last drawing a blank away to Tottenham.

Jay Rodriguez's strike was his first in 13 Premier League games.

Having failed to score more than one in their previous 11 league games, the Saints have now gone back-to-back games where they've scored more than once.

Norwich 1 Chelsea 3

Anthony Pilkington's leveller for Norwich was the first second half goal Chelsea have conceded this season.

The last time Chelsea scored three times away from home was against Fulham in April, in a 3-0 victory.

It is Mourinho's first away win as manager of Chelsea in six games (D3 L2), last beating Reading 2-1 at the Madjeski Stadium in August 2007.

The last time Norwich conceded three or more goals at Carrow Road was last December against Manchester City, a 3-4 defeat. Since that day, they had only let in 10 at home.

ah, Fergie is just having another pop at Rooney. He just wants to put him down whenever he gets a chance. Rooney is by far the best English player. Carrick is not far behind, mind. However, by elevating Carrick like that, Sir is having a dig at Wayne. Fergie is well-known for mind games like that. Good to see he's still feisty.
