Federico Peluso: Spent the second half of last season on loan at Juve

The versatile Italian defender spent the second half of last season on loan with the Bianconeri with a view to making the deal a permanent one.

He went on to make 12 appearances, scoring once, in their Serie A title-winning triumph and has now agreed a four-year deal with the Turin club.

"Juventus Football Club announces the exercising of the definitive acquisition right for the player Federico Peluso from Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio for a fee of 4.8million euros that will be paid over two financial years," said a statement on Juve's official website.

Peluso, who can play at centre-back or left-back and has three international caps, will remain at the Juventus Stadium until June 30, 2017.
