So who will replace David Moyes as manager of Everton after his appointment as Sir Alex Ferguson's successor at Manchester United? Wigan's Robert Martinez heads the betting. Check out the latest odds

Former England defender Mills has had plenty to say in his Mills & Boom columns for TEAMtalk.

But now he will feature on Sky Sports News Radio's Football Panel, hosted by Aston Villa fan Dave Reed every Monday between 10-11am, alongwith former Northern Ireland defender Craigan and OPTA boffin Kearney.

The quartet discuss Mark Hughes' future at QPR, with pressure rising following the weekend's home defeat by fellow strugglers Southampton.

Mills feels there are plenty of quality players in the Rangers squad, but a severe lack of 'characters' who are ready for a relegation battle.

The former Leeds hardman worked under Hughes at Manchester City, and admits he may need to alter his ultra-organised training routine to create a better atmosphere among the squad.

They also discuss the main talking points from a thrilling weekend of Premier League action, with Chelsea and Manchester United slumping to shock defeats and Manchester City hitting five past Paul Lambert's Villa.

Click here to listen to the Football Panel, and for the latest news and interviews, you can tune in to Sky Sports News Radio.

As always we want to hear your thoughts on all the weekend debates, so have Your Say through our story comment facility.

m starting to think Roman may never actually be happy at the top level. If he wants all conquering fancy football I wonder if he'd be better off buying a lower division side then paying outlandish salaries to attract high caliber players too good for the division.

afa has to be favourite for the Everton job now, surely :) He'll realise his ambition to live and work on Merseyside again, get the best out of whoever plays for them, maybe win some cups and be thoroughly loathed by the toffee fans. What's not to like? Go ead, Ken, gimajob!

hat is arguably the least inspiring England I have ever seen. There is not a single name in that list that makes me think I might actually want to watch this team. Not a one.
