Mixed emotions for Laudrup

Swansea City manager Michael Laudrup was left with mixed emotions after his side's 2-2 draw with Norwich City but was pleased to 'stop the bleeding'.

The share of the points at Carrow Road ended a run of three successive defeats for the Capital One Cup winners after losses to Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and West Bromwich Albion.

But Laudrup was slightly aggrieved Swansea did not make more of the opening half-an-hour on Saturday when they dominated Norwich.

"It is one of those games where you say, 'we could have won, we could have lost'. Maybe a point is fair," the Dane told Sky Sports.

Michu had given Swansea the lead before Norwich roared back either side of half-time through Robert Snodgrass and Michael Turner only for Luke Moore to equalise.

And Laudrup added when asked if he was happy: "I do not know. Call me tomorrow. I am glad we stopped the bleeding and came back with a positive result.

"But, on the other hand, I feel we could have done a little more in the first 30 minutes, particularly, where we dominated completely."

Norwich could have been reduced to 10 men in the second half when Grant Holt stamped on the shins of Chico Flores just seconds after entering the game as a substitute.

Holt escaped without even a caution but Laudrup said: "It is what happens on the pitch and what happens stays there."

ven if United were to sign CR7 & Messi to play upfront, the fact remains Fletcher and Cleverly are playing in midfield. That's where the problem is. Fletcher is too slow with an awful pass, while Cleverly is simply rubbish
