The 26-year-old, who joined the Swans from AZ Alkmaar in 2010, clocked up 39 penalty points - 27 more than the banning limit of 12.

And while Agustien pleaded guilty to one charge of speeding at Neath Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, he also failed to identify a driver on five occasions, four of which related to speeding and one to skipping a red light.

The Swansea boss is yet to discipline the Dutchman, Laudrup said: "We will have to see what we will do about it, but I can't lie - I don't think it's very good.

"Nobody is perfect, but Kemy is not 19 and it's not only once or twice he has made a mistake - it's many times.

"It's a negative thing for him and the club.

"I believe players need to be role models for others.

"In life, like in football, you have to learn from your mistakes and not repeat it another time.

"I try to keep things separate, but I can't sit here and say it doesn't matter because it does."

hould have stayed because we carried him for 6.5 years. And then he has a breakthrough season, and was gone soon after. MU fans, you would be as disgusted had C Ronaldo left in 2007 and not 2009.
