Swans boss Michael Laudrup has revealed that Lita has already been approached by several second tier outfits.

He is a proven marksmen at that level and spent last season taking in loan spells at Birmingham City and Sheffield Wednesday.

Laudrup would like to see the 28-year-old head out on a similar agreement this term as he will struggle for regular game time at the Liberty Stadium.

Lita will not be rushing into anything, though, with it important for him to make the right call for his career.

Laudrup said in the South Wales Evening Post: "Leroy had some offers, which is normal because in the Championship he has shown he has quality, he can score goals there because he has done it before and could do it again.

"I think he is right now waiting for the right thing because he has had offers from different Championship clubs already.

"I don't know whether it will happen, because it depends on what he wants, but I am hoping so because the player needs to play.

"It's been quite some months without competitive games, so I hope for him he can get a move soon because he needs to get on with his career."

e was right to leave, but not just because of the money City were coming into. If I remember rightly he had a reasonable amount of chances to shine at City, but he never passed the bloody ball. Loads of aimless dribbles and 40 yard shots and not much else. I would say that if he had learnt to be a bit more of a team player he may have done better at City.
