The Wales full-back made nine appearances during his time in West Yorkshire, with the last of those coming in the victory at Sheffield Wednesday on November 23.

"We'd all like to thank Jazz for his contribution during his time at the club," Town boss Mark Robins told the club's official website.

"He's a good footballer and did well for us when called upon. Even when he found himself out of the side, mostly due to our change in formation and the form of others around him, he was still a part of the first-team squad and was a consummate professional."
