Butcher, who recently arrived at Tannadice from Hayes and Yeading, believes the positive approach will reap rewards.

"I don't think there's a team like us just, now the way we play," the United centre-back said.

"You should see us in training. We are always focusing on attacking football and there's loads of talent to go with it.

"I'm sure there's going to be loads of goals in us this season. I think everyone is going to be scared of us. It's such an exciting prospect.

"I like to play it out from the back as do the other guys so we won't just be launching it up the field. We've obviously got to keep things tight at the back but we will be going forward a lot."

ooray! We are all excited now, we beat a very mediocre team! With all due respect to WHU supporters, not winning that game shouldn't even be a consideration. This is the problem, there is no winning mentality at the Emirates - we're all congratulating ourselves beating a team that we have a winning record against.
