Ryan Esson: Staying at Caley Jags

The long-serving Thistle servant moved to the Highlands from Hereford United in July 2008 but has had to play second fiddle to Dean Brill this season, failing to add to his 159 appearances for Caley Jags.

"I've been impressed by Ryan's attitude and commitment", said manager John Hughes.

"He's been working very well in coaching Dean Brill while still having his own aspirations to again be the first choice keeper."
