Boukari linked up with Sochaux on Monday and he will spend the next week training with the French club.

If he impresses, the 26-year-old Togo international is set to agree a season-long loan at the Stade Auguste Bonal.

Boukari has endured a frustrating time in England, having joined Wolves from Rennes last summer, and managed just four games last season due to a long-term calf problem.

Following Wolves' relegation to League One they have been keen to shed some of their highest earners, with Boukari now training with Sochaux.

think he'll do quite well. My only reservation would be Kagawa, who had similar stats to Firmino in the bundesliga before he came, but time will tell.
