Blair Adams: Another month at Coventry for Sunderland's young left-back

The 21-year-old joined the Sky Blues in November and will now remain at the Ricoh Arena until 16 February.

Adams has started regularly since linking up with Mark Robins' side, playing 90 minutes in their FA Cup clash with Tottenham at White Hart Lane this past weekend.

The left-back, who came through Sunderland's academy system, is out on loan for the third time having had previous spells with Northampton and Brentford - he is yet to make a first-team appearance for the Premier League side.
