Aaron Martin: Southampton defender joining Coventry on loan

The 23 year-old centre-back has already had a spell out on loan at Crystal Palace earlier in the campaign.

Martin played six games for the Eagles before returning to the south coast in January.

He will now help Coventry's promotion push, with the club, managerless since Mark Robins left to join Coventry, currently eighth in League One.

Martin scored his first professional goal for Saints against Coventry in an FA Cup third round meeting at the Ricoh Arena last year.
