O'Driscoll: Change of culture

Sean O'Driscoll vowed to change the "culture" at Bristol City after his relegated side finished a sorry campaign with a 4-1 defeat at Charlton.

Bobby Reid, making his first start, scored to halve the deficit after Yann Kermorgant's double had set Charlton on their way but Jonathan Obika and Johnnie Jackson ensured the win was comfortable.

"What we have tried to do is instil habits and attitudes that, no matter what division you are in, you need as a team," O'Driscoll said.

"That's been something that when you look at the last two seasons we have probably been lacking, not through anyone's fault.

"You have to reflect on where you are as a football club and we are trying to address that, not just on the playing field but throughout the whole business. We have got to change the culture.

"Bobby took his goal well. I don't know how big (Charlton goalkeeper) David Button is but to chip him over his head is pretty good.

"He saw his mum in the crowd after scoring and wanted to celebrate with her, and we were telling him to get the ball and start again."

ven if United were to sign CR7 & Messi to play upfront, the fact remains Fletcher and Cleverly are playing in midfield. That's where the problem is. Fletcher is too slow with an awful pass, while Cleverly is simply rubbish
