Toumani Diagouraga: Heading to Fratton Park

Diagouraga, 26, has played 169 matches for the Bees since moving to Griffin Park in 2010 but has not started a game since December 7.

Pompey manager Richie Barker told the club's official website: "He's an athletic player with plenty of pace, who will get around the pitch and gives us a different option.

"Brentford have been fantastic to deal with and we're extremely grateful that they've allowed us to bring Toumani in."
