Neal Ardley: Confident of survival

The Dons will kick-off against Fleetwood next weekend lying in the relegation zone despite battling from two goals down to earn a 2-2 draw at champions Gillingham on Saturday.

But they are still in charge of their own destiny as a win would see then climb out of the bottom two because two other strugglers, Dagenham and York, face each other.

"To come back from 2-0 down at the home of the champions is a fantastic achievement," said Ardley.

"That point could be crucial for us because it is still in our own hands now for the last game of the season.

"Hopefully, there's a belief that all this is in the script and if we put in a performance and win next week we will stay up."
