The title and relegation battles may be settled, but it is all still to play for in the fight to secure a top-four finish. Arsenal are favourites to record a victory at Newcastle which will see them secure Champions League football next season, while Tottenham are odds-on to keep up the pressure by beating Sunderland.

m starting to think Roman may never actually be happy at the top level. If he wants all conquering fancy football I wonder if he'd be better off buying a lower division side then paying outlandish salaries to attract high caliber players too good for the division.
afa has to be favourite for the Everton job now, surely :) He'll realise his ambition to live and work on Merseyside again, get the best out of whoever plays for them, maybe win some cups and be thoroughly loathed by the toffee fans. What's not to like? Go ead, Ken, gimajob!
hat is arguably the least inspiring England I have ever seen. There is not a single name in that list that makes me think I might actually want to watch this team. Not a one.

@ fol-de-rol please tell me you are a Liverpool or Chelsea fan- two of the biggest flukes in the history of football. If you are an Arsenal/City fan shush up until (thats being nice) you win the thing. 3 finals in 5 years.

@Fol-de-rol....why is a Pool fan even on here, its about the Champions League? Two fluke wins? Hahahahaha....how many of Pool's were flukes? And lets not forget how easy it was back then!

Why take advice from Ferguson? Two fluke final wins and a deserved can of whoop-ass in the other two. It's like taking ski jump tips from Eddie the Eagle.

@ damoceltic, that's what I mean - I hope it's a good game. As for Chelsea in the final few rounds of the CL: Yes, you are right that they were a might defensive, but we had suspensions, injuries, lack of team cohesion after some managerial and footballing style upheaval, an inexperienced manager who didn't seem to want to play in any kind of expansive way against quality opposition...not excuses but definitely the truth. I'm just saying that against Juventus there's room for some football, as there was for us as well in all of the CL games (although - and trust me on this - if you win the whole thing you won't care how!).

@tk421 if you actually read the article you'd notice that Fergie offered general managerial advice throughout the campaign, not just specifically about Juventus you muppet. And as for "backs to the wall job", you clearly dont watch Celtic play football at Park Head then eh?

It is not an easy task but I think Celtic will beat Juve at Parkhead and even if they lose I hope they play an attacking game.

@tk421 Ha, backs to the wall job? I don't think I've ever witnessed Celtic play a "backs to the wall job" at Celtic Park in my life, not even against Barcelona. Will Juve have possession? Probably. Will it be more than Celtic? Most likely. But I hardly think that equates to "an 11-behind-the-ball-fest". Still, Chelsea managed it pretty well in almost every round including the final last year and that's with a squad of multi-million pound stars so I reckon most Tims will accept that over 2 legs against a superior Juve side. I hope you enjoy the match.

Seeing as Utd didn't play this Juve side already, would it not be a better idea to, erm, watch some Juventus games from this season? I mean, having a chat with Ferguson must be lovely and all but they haven't played them. Anyway, let's hope we see more than an 11-behind-the-ball-fest, Juve are decent but can be beaten and they aren't Barcelona so it shouldn't be a backs to the wall job. I say "shouldn't"...it probably will be though, right?

Everyone loves giving off about Fergie but this isn't the first time that he's taken time out of his day to help out another manager. He does it quite often for lower league managers as well.
