Agree with you mad_iguana. That's the first thing I noticed when I read his statement. The fact he doesn't include Germany is more telling in that the German league is by far and away superior to the French League (although with the Bayern seat taken, there isn't anywhere for him to go). Don't discount Monaco though with their new billionaire owner.

@bungle1976 - i take it you mean the same type of mercs who claim to have always wanted to play in the premier league, well at least since the premier leagues 'suggar daddy' sky sports started pumping money in

He's not training outside of England, Italy, Spain or FRANCE! No mention on Germany in there but the German league is clearly of a higher standard. Therefore he is going to PSG or Marsailles. He's thrown France into the list for a reason. Can't believe no hack has picked that tidbit up.

"But the Portuguese tactician - who admits his next job is likely to be in England - is adamant that an agreement is already in place" That's probably why it's being reported then...

Cant see Jose back at Chelsea unless he is given complete control which seems unlikely and he wont follow fergie after he leaves. But he might take the job after the next United manager inevitably does a poor job and in comes Jose to the rescue. @jm winners always are, just look at fergie biggest sore loser of all time, almost like a little child sometimes.

Hear hear @mad_iguana... Somehow the French league is suddenly on par with the Premier League, La Liga and Serie A. I suspect we will see many, many more mercs stating how they've always dreamed of playing in Ligue 1... That said, I do hope The Special One does return to the Premiership. Life is never dull with Mourinho around...

The "or France" part is telling. Mourinho to PSG. I said at the start of this season that next year he'd be at PSG and Pep would be at Bayern. Wish I'd put some money on it. Damn fool...

m starting to think Roman may never actually be happy at the top level. If he wants all conquering fancy football I wonder if he'd be better off buying a lower division side then paying outlandish salaries to attract high caliber players too good for the division.

afa has to be favourite for the Everton job now, surely :) He'll realise his ambition to live and work on Merseyside again, get the best out of whoever plays for them, maybe win some cups and be thoroughly loathed by the toffee fans. What's not to like? Go ead, Ken, gimajob!

hat is arguably the least inspiring England I have ever seen. There is not a single name in that list that makes me think I might actually want to watch this team. Not a one.
