The 24-year-old is the subject of interest from Tottenham, whilst Spanish giants Real Madrid have also been linked since Carlo Ancelotti's appointment as boss.

Paulinho played a starring role in Brazil's Confederations Cup success and a decision is imminent about whether he will leave Corinthians, and if he does which club he will sign for.

"I can't give you any details at this moment, it's impossible," he told Gazeta Esportiva when quizzed about his future.

"I will still talk with Corinthians and with my agent before making a decision. When I decide, I'll tell everyone.

"I will only talk about this from tomorrow (Monday)."
