The 33-year-old was linked with a move away from Stoke during the January transfer window, but he remained at the club.

The former Liverpool and Tottenham forward has just over a year to run on his contract and he insists he would be happy to prolong his stay at Stoke.

"I've got no ambitions to move," said Crouch. "I feel very happy here.

"I enjoy playing for the manager [Mark Hughes] and I have a lot of friends.

"Hopefully I can get a few more goals."
