Since taking over at Selhurst Park, the former Stoke manager has transformed the Eagles from relegation certainties to survival hopefuls, and is in with a good chance of maintaining his impressive record of having never been relegated as a manager.

However, despite impressing in his short time in south London, there has been much speculation that his relationship with his current chairman is strained.

"I think people think me and Steve are at each other's throats the whole time," said Pulis.

"That's not the case. I've got a good relationship with Steve and I think it is important."

Pulis' side are still very much in a relegation fight despite an impressive victory over title-chasing Chelsea last time out, and face fellow strugglers Cardiff in a vital clash this weekend.

"It will be very difficult, but we have to get the points," Pulis added.

s a Liverpool fan, I personally hate Palace. My pick would probably be Arsenal, which is funny because it seems the vast majority of their own fans don't even like them right now.
