The Denmark international has played only a minor role at Emirates Stadium this season, having previously been loaned out to Sunderland and Juventus.

He has been with the Gunners since 2005 but his current contract is set to expire at the end of the season and it looks as though Arsene Wenger will let him go.

And, after previously admitting to being interested in a move to Italy, Bendtner has now insisted Germany is a possibility.

"I like Italy a lot, but the German league also looks exciting." Bendtner told Streetboys.dk.

"Bayern are strongly in command, but they can be challenged.

"I do not have a particular preference, because all I want is a place where I get regular match practice and can be happy."

At least he's done something right - he has united football fans, regardless of who they support, against FIFA and all those at the top who have been bleeding the game for their own means and giving nothing back.
