I see the City accountants are out in force. All we know for a fact is that some of the handouts Sheikh dropped into Citys begging bowl, disguised as sponsorships didn't pass the UEFA audit. Whether Pool qualify, we will find out I guess, when UEFA release their findings about them.

If I was a betting man, I'd guess Pools accounts are accurate while Shiekhy accounts are essentially manipulated to help them pass FFP. Though I don't know why the City accountants like bernsteinforpm are getting so worked up. All the fine means is Shiekh drops some more money into your begging bowl.

It's funny because the things I have brought up are based on Liverpool or City's PUBLISHED accounts or the PUBLISHED FFP regulations. Whilst pretty much everything you've mentioned has been based on rumour, speculation and tinted glasses.

Bernstein - most of the things you "know" appear to be figments of your imagination or grossly contrived twists of logic. I'm reminded of what Noel Gallagher said about his brother because in a world of soup you also appear to only have a fork......

@oneloveunited...Their jurisdiction is over licensing for coming seasons, so yes they are. @thebigshow...The context may be slightly different, but we all know the real difference is purely that I'm talking about Liverpool.

@Bernstein.....Liverpool weren't in Europe and therefore do not fall within their jurisdiction.....it's not complicated at all. If next season, they are found to have tried to cheat the system they to will be punished. You seem to want to divert attention away from your own club deliberately trying to cheat the rules with charity handouts and self sponsorship.....none of which Liverpool will be accused of anyway. City are cheats, that's the difference.

@zabbaman.....Reading your posts is like flicking through the diary of Charles Manson, you're insane! Lie after lie, never any proof and completely illogical explanations! That's all you've actually got. My proof? Erm....City's accounts? The only bit of proof that's needed really. Complete lie to claim the 'goal posts were moved'.... proof? Every other club got the message and none of them have supported that claim. A claim you make.....whilst also saying it's all just 'rumour'? It makes no sense. You can lie to yourself all you like, but the truth will always catch up with you in the end....perhaps be a bit better if you didn't have your lying meltdowns on the internet though, I'm actually embarrassed for you. I await you next post that will avoid the tough questions and descend into delusion and lies.....because you've got nothing that stands up to any scrutiny at all.

Your entire complaint seems to be that UEFA are only investigating clubs already in Europe so I suggest you take it up with them. Because clubs can only respond within the framework that they are placed in. You're absolutely right that crimes are still crimes whether or not they are investigated but there's a key difference which renders your entire point as nonsense. I'm tempted to tell you what it is but wouldn't want to deny you the fun of trying to work it out for yourself.

@thebigshow...I think a quick read of your own posts might be in order, but surely you realise your logic would imply that if the police don't investigate something (for whatever reason) it becomes law that it's not a crime. That would be crazy!

e made his power play to try and get Sheikhy to raise his wages or trade him to PSG. PSG were probably not interested and he is stuck with no cake and no vacation. @Jay_D> Surely you jest about FFP being real, right? All Platini is doing is making billionaries pay measly fines, so he and his cronies can get rich. If a fool can pay 50 mil for David Luiz, he will happily pay some fine to UEFA. FFP has failed as for it to succeed UEFA had to take it...
