Rafael could be a modern equivalent of Cafu, if he works hard, shows consistency and an aspiration to be better. If he continues the complacent attitude and stupid bookings and red cards he'll end up a forgotten afterthought

What an exclusive....a manu player stating that the team who massively unperformed should take the blame. Other exclusives Suarez was good this season and didnt bite anyone. Yaya cant have his cake and eat it.

In the side since 2008 and still plays like someone who's just come up from the youth team. Not even considered for Brazil's World Cup squad (to the best of my knowledge). Nervous, naive, not dependable. You're right Rafael, the players should shoulder the blame and you are no exception.

He looked really good in the previous season, then Moyes got his hands on him, I seem to remember him coming back and playing really well in one game then getting dropped, far too attacking for Moyes' liking, Moyes didn't seem to realise our full backs do a lot of the attacking.

I'm sure Moyes is very happy to hear that Rafael feels he should take some of the blame.

Who writes these articles? Rafael was definitely not first choice under Moyes.

Played more times at right-back for Man United in the PL than anyone else last season.
