It's nice to hear that from someone on this site Shea666 - There is definitely some decent talent in the SPL and Southampton have themselves two really quality players in Wanyama and Forster. It looks as though we may also struggle to keep hold of Van Dijk which would be tough to take. It would mean that in 12 months we had sold Wanyama, Hooper, Forster and Van Dijk. We really should be spending some of this money to ensure no more appalling results, ala Legia.

The quality of the SPL is often brought under question, yet that's 3 former Glasgow Celtic players that I can think of at Southampton, there must be something good about Scottish football if players are good enough to move to Premier League clubs
