shea666 (Manchester United) says...

Senderos, Cole and Richardson add some experience to a mainly young Villa side, whether it works or not remains to be seen, it could be said alright in the last 2 seasons that a lack of experience saw them falter in some games. Same as last season though, if Benteke is fit they'll do okay, if he gets injured again they'll struggle to score without him. If being a powerful word, but, if N'Zogbia can recover some form and Benteke gets back to doing what he does best, they should be safe by Christmas...

he 'where does it end' argument is an absurd one and completely misses the point of the Rooney Rule, which applies to all minorities. It doesn't force any team to appoint anyone, it merely requires them to interview at least one minority candidate.
