Defender Moti was forced to take the gloves when regular keeper Vladislav Stoyanov was sent off two minutes from the end of extra-time in their qualifier against Steaua Bucharest.

And after scoring Ludogorets' first penalty in the shoot-out, he then saved from Paul Pirvulescu and Cornel Rapa to send his side through to a first group stage appearance.

Wanderson had earlier taken the game to extra-time, levelling the tie at 1-1 with the only goal of the night, a 90th-minute volley.

Elsewhere, Napoli's chances of a second successive trip to the group stage were ended by Athletic Bilbao, who won 3-1 for a 4-2 aggregate victory.

Marek Hamsik gave the visitors the lead in Bilbao, but two Aritz Aduriz goals and a third from Ibai Gomez - all in the space of 14 second-half minutes - saw Athletic qualify.

Bayer Leverkusen and Malmo also made it through to Thursday's draw with comfortable second-leg home wins.

Germany's Leverkusen beat FC Copenhagen 4-0 to win 7-2 on aggregate, while Malmo of Sweden won 3-0 on the night to eliminate Salzburg 4-2 on aggregate.

Never mind that, did you see Wanderson's last minute goal? What technique

ou know who else Adidas has a deal with? United. You know who else seems to have no qualms in paying buttloads of cash for and to players? United. It's just as likely he could go to United as he could go to Chelsea. Which is to say it's not likely in the slightest.
