MOYES WARY OF TIME CONSTRAINTS
David Moyes is concerned that the World Cup could hinder his plans to sign several new players in time for the start of pre-season.

The Manchester United manager is reportedly planning a £150m overhaul of his squad as he looks to build on a difficult first year at Old Trafford.

"It's difficult as players are going to be going away for the World Cup so it's maybe not quite as easy as, ideally, all clubs would like to get the work done early," said Moyes.

"We cannot guarantee it but we will try to make that happen. I've got to say I'm well into my planning with my thoughts and ideas, getting ready for next year."

Meanwhile, the latest name to be linked with United is Adil Rami, who is currently on loan at AC Milan from Valencia. Apparently Milan have pulled out of a permanent £10m deal for the defender, who has now been offered to United for a reduced fee.

MAN CITY TARGET MESSI
We don't believe this for one second, but hey, it's gossip and it's our duty to keep you informed.

'Manchester City have been linked with a staggering £250m deal for Barcelona ace Lionel Messi,' report the Manchester Evening News.

'The Argentinian is yet to sign a contract extension at the Nou Camp and reports in Spain suggest he could be tempted by a new challenge at the end of the season.'

Messi is reportedly frustrated at the way Barcelona's season has fallen apart, with the Catalan giants losing the Copa del Rey final to Real Madrid, exiting the Champions League, and seeing their La Liga hopes diminish with defeat to Granada all in the space of a week.

LIVERPOOL STILL CHASING TELLO
Now this is a bit more likely. According to the Daily Mirror, Liverpool are still on the trail of Barcelona winger Cristian Tello as Brendan Rodgers starts planning his summer transfer business.

'Tello, 22, has been on the Reds' radar since before Brendan Rodgers replaced Kenny Dalglish as manager, and Barca may be willing to sell for around £12m,' report the Mirror.

'The La Liga champions have promised to appeal FIFA's decision to deny them any transfers either this summer or next January, and if they are eventually free to do some close-season business then Tello may finally be on his way to Merseyside.'

All Platini is doing is making billionaries pay measly fines, so he and his cronies can get rich. If a fool can pay 50 mil for David Luiz, he will happily pay some fine to UEFA. FFP has failed as for it to succeed UEFA had to take it...
