Kenny Shiels: Set to make double signing

The pair are set to make the switch after a spell with Kano Pillars, with boss Kenny Shiels hoping their moves can be completed ahead of the March 31 registration deadline.

He said: "We are working on it. It hasn't been concluded yet.

"They are international players and it's exciting.

"It gives us a chance to develop our younger players with them being here.

"They fit into the way we play, which is good.

"There is a lot of stuff to be done but we are hopeful of it going through.

"Hopefully we can get it concluded as soon as we can."

Shiels also confirmed Inverness goalkeeper Antonio Reguero is on his radar and he is optimistic about his chances of recruiting the player for next season.

He said: "I spoke to Terry Butcher in January to say that I was interested in the goalkeeper to give us back-up for Cammy Bell and to challenge Cammy for the shirt.

"There has been a good response and hopefully that will reach a conclusion very shortly."
