The 19-year-old, who has made six appearances for the Bees since rejoining from a loan spell at AFC Wimbledon, will remain with Uwe Rosler's side until 2015.

And the Academy graduate, who has played 18 times in total for Brentford, is hoping to become a first-team regular in the coming years.

"It is good to get my future sorted," the teenager told Bees Player. "I was always going to sign. I have been on the bench quite a lot this season, which is good.

"Everyone wants to play more but I don't think I would have been offered a contract if the manager didn't trust me and see me as a player for the future.

"Hopefully that is what he has in store for me."

heyremind me of Utd's treble winning side. Swashbuckling and risk prone. We ha Jaap Stam to paper over the cracks at the back though. Not sure they have their Jaap yet.

he solution is to not feel sorry for any of Jabba, Gold or Sullivan. They're all deeply unpleasant and all deserve each other. If only West Ham would sign Barton and Suarez then no one would ever need to despise any other club.
