The Spain U21 international is yet to play in the Premier League for Spurs and he enjoyed a temporary spell with Almeria last season.

Falque played a role in helping the Andalusian side gain promotion to the Spanish top-flight, scoring twice in 22 appearances.

The 23-year-old also spent a brief spell on loan at Southampton in 2012 but will now return play in his home country.
