His goals to games record is absolutely staggering, more goals than games! and he has played a lot for Real, incredible. As long as he stays with Real he should break Raul¿s record, another 3 seasons I think would see him to that. There is no doubting he is a more complete player now than with Utd, that comes down to him maturing and getting better with experience.

Personally I think he's a more ruthless player, but whether he's a better all round player, it's difficult to say. When he was playing for us, with Rooney and Scholes etc, he played from deeper, and maybe he didn't score as many goals, but he was devastating. Playing high up can see some strikers get isolated, although that doesn't seem to happen too often with him. It's hard to sahy, one thing is for sure; he's an brilliant player, and one that I loved when he was with us. Not just for his ability, but because he was a real star; like Cantona. He was the man, and he knew he was the man, and it made him a hero. Arrogance, cockiness, but pure theatre.

People frequently say he's improved since joining Real, and clearly the goal stats appear to back that up, but I wonder how he'd do back in the Premier League now? It's hard to see him surpassing that 42-goal 2007-08 season, which was probably the finest season I've ever seen from an individual player at United.

Ironic that the Madridistas love him for his goals per game tally and yet not so long ago he was getting abuse from some quarters about being to greedy and not celebrating with his teammates. Barring injuries, he'll break that record if he wants to. Although if you're looking another challenge Ronnie, come back and see if you can score another 130 odd goals for us to top our scoring charts.

Seeing as 60 goalsappears to be roughl;y the norm for him, providing he stays there for another 2 - 3 seasons, I can see this happening before too long.

m starting to think Roman may never actually be happy at the top level. If he wants all conquering fancy football I wonder if he'd be better off buying a lower division side then paying outlandish salaries to attract high caliber players too good for the division.

afa has to be favourite for the Everton job now, surely :) He'll realise his ambition to live and work on Merseyside again, get the best out of whoever plays for them, maybe win some cups and be thoroughly loathed by the toffee fans. What's not to like? Go ead, Ken, gimajob!

hat is arguably the least inspiring England I have ever seen. There is not a single name in that list that makes me think I might actually want to watch this team. Not a one.
