Anderson has claimed the only clubs he would not regard as a step down from life at Manchester United are Real Madrid and Barcelona.

What he should have said is "the only places you can go from here are Barca or Real UNLESS you are not actually good enough to be at either of those two.....or Utd. THATS why SOME players DO ACTUALLY leave Utd, and end up at other, infinately smaller clubs."

Scouse and Cockney dopes. He never said HE wanted to go to RM or Barca, you thickies. Anyway, they don't have Mancunian pies there! He apparently once shat on Fabric-Arse but now he'd just sit on him. Always thought that chant was ludicrous.

Well, actually, No! All he is saying is that the only clubs that are arguably at a higher level than Manchester United are Real and Barca. His point is that he is already at one of the top clubs in the world, so all this talk about him wanting to leave has no weight. So stop laughing your butt off, open you mind, and try to get the drift.

Unbelievable, all the judgemental knobs can't wait to have a go as always, lets take a look at what he said again shall we? Now call me old fashioned but the way i read that is that he is saying the only way you could go up from utd is to join barca or real and anything else is a step down and if we are all honest that is what he is saying For fans of teams other than Utd to comment ( namely liverpool and arsenal ) you clearly don't watch as many Utd games as utd fans do so with that in mind are in no position to judge I can safely say a good 90% of Utd fans love Anderson and rate him very highly, yes he hasn't exactly stamped his authority in the side but he has been plagued by injuries through no fault of his own. He is only 24 and if he can get over his knee problems he can be an amazing player for Utd, let's not forget how he tore apart Arsenal in the 8-2 victory the other season eh Krisstopher73? If he can stay injury free and get his fitness back he would be an amazing addition to any squad in world football, sure he's not a ' first 11 ' player for Utd at the moment but he is still very young and has time on his side, whether he will ever see his potential due to his terrible injury record is another debate but for let's not take his quotes out of contexts and make up our own interpretations eh? We at Utd love the guy

Just to all you knobs who have jumped on him let's look at the quote again eh? He says: "The only places you could go to from here are Real Madrid and Barcelona," Anderson said. He's not saying he could play for them he is saying those are the only clubs you could go to as a step up. So basically he is saying that he is at the 3rd biggest club in the world and why would he want to take a step down Jeez talk about taking comments out of context, why do people always insist on drawing the wrong conclusions and being so judgemental? Beggars belief it really does

m curious as to what image Real Madrid are trying to re-establish as I always thought their pre-Jose image was one of a bunch of a classless bullies tapping up whoever they wanted while living it large on borrowed money they're never going to pay back.
