I wonder what the super ex ESPN pundit and now global adviser Shebby has to say about all this. He seems to have gone remarkably quiet for a change.

Well Sparky is available again isn't he? How's that for ambition Mark? Venky's had a 5 year plan for Champions League football, surely a man with your level of ambition would be the perfect man to deliver it!

I have been a Rovers fan for over 35 years. I supported them through some good and some very rough times before Jack Walker's revolution and enjoyed the good times that his money brought. For the first time in my life my club has made me feel truly embarrassed. I think i might have gone off chicken for good.

Rovers have now been added to my list of teams (Southampton and Reading) I hope get relegated this year. Great clubs being ruined by owners who only see ££££ signs. Hopefully relegation will end their interest in these teams and allow proper football people take over again and allow these teams to once more flourish.

m starting to think Roman may never actually be happy at the top level. If he wants all conquering fancy football I wonder if he'd be better off buying a lower division side then paying outlandish salaries to attract high caliber players too good for the division.
