Swansea go into the 2013/14 tournament as defending champions after they beat League Two Bradford 5-0 at Wembley on 24 February, a record margin of victory for the final.

The competition gets under way in the week commencing 5 August, with the following round then taking place from the 26th of the same month.

Round three action will be held during the week of 23 September, while round four will be staged in late October.

The cup reaches the quarter-finals in the week beginning 16 December before the last four meet in 2014.

The first leg of the semi-finals will take place in the week of 6 January, with the return matches held during the week commencing 20 January.

Wembley will then host the showpiece final on the first Sunday in March.

Round 1: w/c 5th August

Round 2: w/c 26th August

Round 3: w/c 23rd September

Round 4: w/c 28th October

Round 5: w/c 16th December

Semi-Finals (leg 1): w/c 6th January

Semi-Finals (leg 2): w/c 20th January

Final: Sunday 2nd March

m not sure about this distance covered malarky, plus that stat comes with *since February attached to it, that's just 1 month. I mean I have 27 open cases I'm 'working on' at the moment but believe me others with 10 cases work harder than I do.
