Poland are preparing for their crucial World Cup qualifiers against Ukraine and England and it was during training on Tuesday that Southampton keeper Boruc showed he has more than one string to his bow.

Clearly having learned from Rickie Lambert at Saints, Boruc timed his run into the box perfectly, peeling off his marker at the far post to acrobatically volley past goalkeeping rival Wojciech Szczesny.

England have been warned if Poland send the 33-year-old up for a late corner at Wembley next week...
