There has been media speculation linking Portugal full-back Coentrao, 25, with Manchester United while Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is said to be looking at 21-year-old striker Morata again in the wake of Theo Walcott's season-ending injury.

Argentina winger Angel Di Maria is another whose Bernabeu future has been debated.

However, Ancelotti said on Wednesday that the Spanish giants were not looking to bring in any new faces during the transfer window, or let any players go.

He said when asked about the futures of Coentrao and Di Maria: "I've not spoken with them because there's nothing.

"No-one is leaving and no-one is coming in.

"We have a good squad. We don't need anything."

t's why Mourinho is so successful. He gives players a specific, limited set of functions to perform. They are but a cog in a machine. Do no more, do no less. I assume he learnt it from LvG :)
