Manchester City, Leicester City, Wolves and Chesterfield have lifted the respective league title trophies, while Luis Suarez has already secured the PFA and FWA Player of the Year awards after a fine season with Liverpool.

The LMA Manager of the Year honours are also soon to be handed out but it is, of course, a TEAMtalk Soccer award that everyone in football strives for most.

We will be handing out 10 honours between May 19-30 and, as always, want you to to help us decide who should be in the running for the most prestigious gongs in the game.

This year's awards are as follows:

Manager of the Season

Player of the Season

Young Player of the Season

Signing of the Season

Goal of the Season

Game of the Season

Moment of the Season

Failure of the Season

Football League Manager of the Season

Football League Player of the Season
