Zlatan Ibrahimovic: Not on Juve's radar, says Marotta

Juventus general director Giuseppe Marotta says the Serie A club are not interested in bringing Zlatan Ibrahimovic back to Turin from Paris St Germain.

The Sweden international has been linked with a return to the club where he spent two seasons between 2004-06, leaving for Inter Milan after Juve were relegated to the second tier following their involvement in the Calciopoli scandal.

Last month the 31-year-old striker's agent, Mino Raiola, hinted he could return to Turin in the near future, claiming "nothing is impossible".

But Marotta insists Juve have not spoken with Raiola and says Ibrahimovic, who is contracted at PSG until 2015, is not on the club's radar - or in their price range.

"He is a player we are not interested in," the club chief told Mediaset. "I have absolutely not talked about Ibra with Mino Raiola.

"When a player gains figures like his, no Italian club is able to afford it."

Marotta has also played down speculation linking Juve coach Antonio Conte with other clubs after he successfully steered the Old Lady into the Champions League quarter-finals at the expense of Celtic of Wednesday night.

"We are delighted that there is the attention from the biggest clubs for Conte," he added.

"It means that (Juve president) Andrea Agnelli's idea was positive and that Juve have done well to choose the coach. But there are only words."

ven if United were to sign CR7 & Messi to play upfront, the fact remains Fletcher and Cleverly are playing in midfield. That's where the problem is. Fletcher is too slow with an awful pass, while Cleverly is simply rubbish
