@triof - I agree they shouldn't sack him for United's benefit and that of all other qualifiers for next year's CL (provided Citeh don't drop out of the top 5 which is mathematically possible of course if Arsenal improve their form). But not by us sacrificing a trophy ourselves. BTW could you imagine SAF's reaction to any player caught discussing his possible sacking in public and with a journalist? Such an event is inconceivable!

I can see it now. A match-fixing trial in June with Vidic responding to questions. 'Do you admit that you instructed your team-mates to allow Manchester City to win against you in the FA Cup final?' 'I did that, yes.' 'And Mr Vidic, did you financially benefit from this arrangement?' 'Arrangement? No your honour you've got it wrong. Any decent manager with City's money would win at least two out of the League, FA Cup and Champions League every year. We gave them this one so Mancini could stay a bit longer.' Can't wait for the monopoly money clear-out/rebuild this summer. Just afraid I don't see them letting Mancini oversee it. £930m spent, 2 trophies, and he thinks it's time for a new squad. Maybe you should try to get them playing Roberto? They seemed ok last year.

Barney the dinosaur is a fully qualified UEFA coach. He doesn't get the top jobs because football is inherently dinosaurist.

Actually, crap. Maybe we should all hope that City mange to win the FA Cup, otherwise they might replace Mancini with someone decent. If we get a United-City final, maybe we should just stand aside for them? :P

Its the norm for city to win trophies now is it? calm down its only been 2 seasons.Win more then one trophy a season and win 4 trophies in 5 years then city can say it's the norm.Getting real sick of mediocre performing teams bigging them selves up (look to liverpool, arsenal, chelsea) I would say utd. but ya know they have the silverware and positions to back up such claims.

No, no, no Kolo. You've got this the wrong way round mate. What you should be wanting is to get beaten by Barnsley then you can get rid of this clown and get a decent manager in instead. Mourinho, Klopp, Moyes, Bielsa. Hell, even Barney the Dinosaur would probably do a better job than Mancini.
