I have no doubts that women will fill all the roles at a football club within my lifetime, maybe I'm 50/50 over the assistant manager role, however I don't think we'll ever see a female manager. I think the manager of a men's football team is one of those niche roles where it can only really be filled by another man. I'm more than happy to be proved wrong, however I doubt I will be.
