I have no doubts that women will fill all the roles at a football club within my lifetime, maybe I'm 50/50 over the assistant manager role, however I don't think we'll ever see a female manager. I think the manager of a men's football team is one of those niche roles where it can only really be filled by another man. I'm more than happy to be proved wrong, however I doubt I will be.

Let's be honest, it's not going to happen until the womens game is on a par with the mens game. And that will never happen. It's not sexist, it's just reality. You can call that 'Politically incorrect' yeah, but it's the reality nonetheless.
