Bradford boss Phil Parkinson has scooped the Outstanding Managerial Achievement prize at the Football League Awards.

Phil Parkinson: Steered the Bantams to the Capital One Cup final

The Bantams beat Premier League sides Wigan, Arsenal and Aston Villa on their way to the Wembley final where they were beaten 5-0 by Swansea in the Capital One Cup final.

Parkinson said: "I'm very honoured to receive this award. My name might be on it but it is a team award. Not just the team on the pitch but the team off it as well."
