Marcus Tudgay: On the mend

Tudgay, 30, is working his way back to fitness after suffering a broken collarbone during a loan spell at Forest's npower Championship rivals Barnsley at the end of last year.

He has not made a first-team appearance since sustaining the injury in the Tykes' 3-1 home defeat to Blackburn on December 29.

The player featured in the full 90 minutes as the Reds' Under-21 side drew 0-0 at Leeds on Tuesday afternoon.

Tudgay was joined by defenders Dan Harding and Daniel Ayala, on loan from Norwich, in getting some valuable game time following lengthy injury lay-offs.

Harding has been out for almost two months with a calf complaint while Ayala's four-month absence is down to a hamstring problem.
