Leo Baptistao: Rayo Vallecano striker suffered a broken collarbone

Rayo Vallecano striker Leo Baptistao suffered a broken collarbone during last night's 1-1 draw at Real Mallorca last night, the club have announced.

The Brazilian was substituted in the 65th minute of the Primera Division clash after hurting himself in a fall at the Iberostar Stadium.

The 28-year-old has scored seven times this season with the club currently eighth and in the hunt for a Europa League place.

A statement on the official website read: "The club wishes to convey our support and strength to Leo, wishing you the best and speedy recovery."
