Kaka: Staying at the Bernabeu

The 31-year-old has long been linked with a move away from the Bernabeu after struggling to tie down a first-team spot at the Spanish giants, whom he joined from AC Milan for a reported £56million in 2009.

However, the 2007 FIFA World Player of the Year seems unwilling to sever his ties with Madrid and is looking forward to speaking to new coach Carlo Ancelotti about his plans.

"My intention is to continue at Real Madrid," he was quoted by Marca as telling reporters in China.

"I still have a contract with Real Madrid. There is a new coach and once we're back at training we will meet and exchange ideas."
