The defending champions beat Napoli 3-0 in Turin on Sunday to leapfrog their opponents into second place in the standings and reduce the gap to league leaders Roma to just one point.
"It's the third year in a row that we are having a starring role," Conte said to Gazzetta dello Sport. "Yet all we hear is how good the other teams are.
"The first chance people get, they say that Juve has no hunger, that we are fading away.
"But my players are wonderful because we have won two straight scudetti and they are always hungry.
"Even last season the press said the same things, how Inter Milan were playing so well but in the end, it was Juve that won the title.
"This year, rightly so, the media focuses on other teams, but we are right there, in the race for a third straight scudetto."
Sunday's win was Juve's 10th in 12 league games and kept the Turin giants perfect at home.
"We played a great game," Conte said. "We have won this game in extraordinary fashion.
"After less than two minutes we could have been 2-0 up.
"I think Napoli's goalkeeper (Jose Reina) was the best on the pitch despite the 3-0 result.
"My players were fantastic and only a blind man wouldn't see this."
Juventus take on Livorno in Tuscany on November 24 while Roma host Cagliari next.
